The ECISD High School Summer School will be housed at ENHS this summer. Summer programs include credit recovery, acceleration, and concurrent enrollment possibilities. Please contact your child's counselor for information. For the last seven months 24 Edinburg North students have worked hard to get certified as 911 dispatchers through the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch. The national center called Mrs. Murillo to tell her how impressed they were with the student scores because for the most part students do not pass their exam. In addition, these students passed the exam with honor distinction: Noel, Isaac, Fermin, Laura, and Carolina. Our students received their national certificates which allow them to seek employment at any 911 call center. Congratulations to all of them and their teacher, Mrs. Murillo. Nine Edinburg North Students qualified to take the State Exam for Certified Nurse Assistants and passed. These students are ready to work as a CNA. Congratulations Nayeli, Nallely, Jennifer, Lorena, Isadora, Rosa, Stephanie, Elia, Kassandra, and Mrs. Flores. ENHS has 22 students that have reached the “Million Words Read Distinction”. Congratulations students and staff for the exciting accomplishment. |
